Who runs aiAdaptiv?

Where is aiAdaptiv located, and who do you work with?
We are a remote-first team based in Poland, working with clients all around the world. Delivery is remote by default, with calls in your timezone where they are needed, and systems deployed in the cloud region you choose.
How long does a first system take?
It depends on what we are building, and the proposal states the date. A scoped pilot or a single automation is measured in weeks; a full product in months. Beyond scope, what moves the date most is how quickly access, decisions and approvals arrive from your side.
Where does our data live?
For anything we host for you, in your own cloud tenancy in an EU region you choose — we deploy under your account and your keys, so nothing is routed through us. For products we build for your customers, you own the infrastructure and we design the data path with you before a line is written.
Do we have to use open-source models?
No. Open-source models on your own infrastructure are the default because they keep data and cost under your control, but we integrate commercial APIs where they genuinely win — and we will tell you which parts of a system that applies to.
What happens when the project ends?
You keep everything: the infrastructure, the code, the documentation and the running system. Intellectual property in what we built for you transfers on full payment. A retainer is optional, never a condition of the build.
